CS Education Week Hour of Code Maryland contest for schools. Enter for a chance to win $500

1.     Plan a school-wide event in December that includes all students and have a local decision maker
attend.

2.     Details are on the submission form and entries are due by 12/20.

3.     Winners from every part of the state: N, S, E and W as well as every grade level through a
random drawing by zone/level of all qualified entries. See below or hourofcode.com for ideas.

Hour of Code activities are available all year long; there are activities for every age & interest. They can be sorted by grade level, experience level, device, and more.

There is a lot to choose from….here are some ways to find some favorites and more:

  5. Involve students and their families so everyone can experience computer science! Host a  Family Code Night.
